Jorie Fleming I began my career at Oceanside Building and Realty working with my parents while still in college. I relocated to Boston where I worked in a highly competitive sales environment before returning to the Cape and Oceanside in 1997. Now 14 years later I am proud to be affiliated with William Raveis Real Estate, the larges family owned Real Estate company in the Northeast. Ray Schuster After completing my career as an educator in the Waterbury, CT public school system, my wife Linda and I made our long-awaited move to Eastham in 1997 where I joined the staff of Oceanside Realty in July of that year. Betty Fleming In 1976, Betty moved with her husband Dave and four children from Connecticut to a very quiet Eastham. Oceanside Realty is now proudly affiliated with William Raveis Real Estate, the largest family owned real estate company in the Northeast. In the early 1980's, Dave and Betty Fleming formed Oceanside Building & Realty which is now located in the Eastham Common office building on Route 6 in Eastham.
