About Us
Oceanside Realty is now proudly affiliated with William Raveis Real Estate, the largest family owned real estate company in the Northeast. In the early 1980's, Dave and Betty Fleming formed Oceanside Building & Realty which is now located in the Eastham Common office building on Route 6 in Eastham. Over the years, Dave and Betty strived to maintain the "small" office approach while utilizing all the marketing and technical strategies usually found in larger real estate offices.
Over this time, Oceanside Realty has been a perennial leader in Eastham real estate sales. On the construction side, Dave and his skilled crew at Oceanside Building have satisfied over 500 building customers on Cape Cod.
