- Competent tradesmen: plumbers, carpenters, landscapers, electricians, etc.
We are able to schedule the following:
- Water Potability and VOC analysis (required in Eastham)
- Termite and pest control inspections (if necessary)
- Home inspection
- Septic system inspection (required)
- Smoke detector inspection (required)
- Oil tank inspection (if applicable; required in Eastham)

Provide pertinent information on individual properties by securing:
- Deeds
- Plot plans (maps)
- Field cards
- Information on specific regulations and codes (local and state)
Once the home is listed:
- Produce digital pictures suitable for web-site and e-mailing
- Place “for sale” signs on property (if desired)
- Provide accurate dimensions of house and property
- Place property information on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
- Offer tours to area realtors
- Produce color brochures
- Provide open houses
- We are present at ALL showings of the property
